Avenged Sevenfold & Good Charlotte: Two Different Teenage Years, One Stage

By CANA Craft Cannabis

Depending on which one hit you harder growing up, this night is going to feel like two completely different eras colliding in the best way. Avenged Sevenfold came out of Huntington Beach with metalcore roots that grew into full arena-metal ambition — City of Evil and "Hail to the King" turned them into one of modern metal's biggest names, known for technical guitar work and increasingly theatrical live productions. Good Charlotte, meanwhile, gave an entire generation of outsiders something to scream along to with "The Anthem" and "Lifestyles of the Rich & Famous," defining early-2000s pop punk and mall-goth culture in the process, back when that sound was inescapable on rock radio.

The two co-headline Xfinity Center on Wednesday, August 12, with Avenged Sevenfold closing the night — a lineup that essentially bridges two very different but equally nostalgic corners of 2000s rock for anyone who grew up somewhere between Hot Topic and Warped Tour.

Around 10,500 fans are expected, tracking closely with actual sales. Parking opens at 3 PM, doors at 4:30 PM, and the show starts at 6 PM, with GA pit access available for anyone who wants to be right up front.

Metal meets pop punk nostalgia — plan accordingly with a pre-roll before doors, or a vape cartridge to keep on hand for later in the night.
